Why Resilient Beings?
Healing that honors every part of you — body, mind, spirit, and ancestry.
As a therapist, I offer trauma-informed care through a decolonized lens —
A space where your story is honored without pathologizing your pain.
My work integrates somatic healing practices, helping you reconnect with the wisdom of your body, and draws on traditional homeopathic approaches rooted in the rich lineage of curanderismo, the healing traditions passed down through generations in many Spanish-speaking cultures.
This is a space where both science and spirit are welcome. Where therapy is not just about coping, but about remembering who you are, reclaiming what was taken, and gently restoring balance — within and beyond. Together, we tend to trauma with compassion, honoring both your lived experience and the ancestral strength that lives within you.
Healing is not linear. It’s sacred, personal, and possible — and you don’t have to walk it alone.

Sessions with me vary from week to week, based on what it is you are needing to address in the moment. Using a wide variety of therapy modalities in combo with holistic practices, we can work through everything from day-to-day struggles to deep-seated trauma. Rest assured, we will always find something to explore and learn about together. Through deep critical thinking and gentle, intentional processing, we will find your unique therapeutic style pulling from your choice of healing modalities. My goal is to use my background in healing practices to inform our sessions. Through my very intentional approach, I hope to aid you find which modalities you are most comfortable processing your experiences. At the end of the day, you are in control of your healing and how each therapy session flows!
I want all my clients to know that they are safe to discover whatever they want to learn about their lived experiences. Working with me is very autonomous and rooted in self-determination. You will act as the guide along your healing journey. I am happy to serve as a resource center, grounding presence, and conversationalist throughout your journey. I will always encourage you to show up as you are and trust that the rest will follow as we untangle the many strings that make up our mind, heart, and lived experiences. I function through a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed lens, incorporating art healing, meditation & mindfulness, and various trauma therapies to help clients feel seen, heard, and healthily challenged.

Outside the therapy room, I am an artist, I spend a lot of my time writing poetry, dancing, and creating art in all forms! I also enjoy getting out in nature and spending time with my partner and our daughter, as well as close friends! You can also find me meditating and intention-setting, while taking long walks in nature that help me feel re-centered. -
Accessibility to therapy services is something incredibly important to me, and I do all that I can to make sure I can see clients no matter their financial situation. I am an advocate, supporter, and fighter for all things accessible regardless of race, class, or gender identity in ALL spaces. I will work with you to meet you where you are at, or find you the support you need elsewhere in the community.
Healing FOR ALL
At Resilient Beings, I believe healing is for every heart, and support is something everyone deserves.
Life can be overwhelming, messy, and beautiful all at once — and you don’t have to face it alone. Whether you're carrying something heavy, feeling lost, or simply needing a safe space to breathe and be seen, collective healing is here for you.
There’s no “right” reason to seek support — if you’re human, you’re welcome here.
Resilience isn’t about being unshakable; it’s about finding your way, gently, with care. Wherever you are in your journey, I’ll meet you there — with warmth, compassion, and the belief that healing is always possible.
