If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, carrying the weight of past experiences, or simply looking for a space to better understand yourself, therapy may be a supportive next step. Together, we can explore what you're moving through and work toward greater healing, balance, and connection.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I provide therapy services to individuals residing in Texas and New Mexico. Due to licensing regulations, therapy is available only to clients located in these states at the time of service.
If you live outside of Texas or New Mexico, or are seeking support focused on goals, accountability, and personal growth rather than mental health treatment, life coaching may be a better fit. (See Life Coaching Page for more info)

Therapy is a supportive space where you can show up as your full self and talk through what you’ve been carrying—emotionally, mentally, and through your life experiences. It’s a place to slow down, make sense of things, and gently work through stress, trauma, and patterns that may feel heavy or hard to shift on your own.
The focus is on helping you feel more grounded, connected, and understood while building insight and tools that support your overall well-being and healing over time. This work is provided by a licensed clinician, ensuring care that is grounded in professional training, ethical standards, and clinical expertise.
