Therapy is designed to help individuals address mental health concerns, process emotional challenges, and work through psychological symptoms with a licensed mental health professional. Coaching, on the other hand, is focused on personal growth, goal achievement, self-discovery, and creating positive change. It is intended for individuals who are not seeking mental health treatment but would benefit from support, accountability, encouragement, and guidance as they work toward living a more intentional and fulfilling life.
